About
Machine learning scienstist currently a postdoc at Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. In the past I was at ETH Zurich working in the research group of Andreas Krause, Learning and Adaptive Systems group.
My current research focuses on active learning and efficient fine-tuning, aiming to identify the most informative data to improve machine learning models and enhance their resource efficiency. I work on LLM fine-tuning and improving the reliability of large language and protein language models in generation. I have a background and strong interest in Bayesian optimization, kernel methods, sensor selection, control theory, and mathematical optimization. My algorithms have been applied to machine calibration, spatial analysis, and enzyme and antibody design.
